There is no Act or Clause in the Indian Constitution which prohibits a Hotel from giving a room to ummarried couples and denying a room on these grounds is in fact a violation of their fundamental rights. However, every guest needs to be above 18 years of age and should possess a valid photo identification at the time of checkin in accordance to the law. We would like to add here that we strictly reserve the right of admission and will refuse a room to anyone found suspicious of indulging in activities like Prostituition, Solicitation or bringing in commercial sex workers to the property and such individuals will also be reported to the authorities.
